Honoring 57 Years of Pilipinx Excellence at SF State
For nearly six decades, the Pilipinx American Collegiate Endeavor (PACE) has been a cornerstone of community, education and cultural celebration at SF State. Born during the historic 1968-1969 SF State Strike, PACE students helped establish the groundbreaking College of Ethnic Studies, creating educational opportunities that continue to transform lives today.
On our diverse urban campus, PACE provides a welcoming home for Pilipinx students navigating their college journeys, many as the first in their families to pursue higher education. Through meaningful programs that foster cultural pride, social awareness, and academic success, PACE helps students discover their potential while honoring their heritage.
