The Economics Department prepares students to understand and address some of society’s most important challenges, including inflation, unemployment, housing affordability, inequality, banking and financial stability, labor markets, and economic growth. Through rigorous coursework, applied research, and close faculty mentorship, our students develop the analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills needed for careers in business, government, public policy, nonprofits, and graduate study.
Your gift will help the department expand opportunities that directly benefit students, including student research, experiential learning, professional development, guest speakers, career exploration, and events that build community and connection.
