Join me in supporting our SFSU students! Every year 100s of students present their culminating research project at our Student Project Showcase! Please help support this transformational activity.

The Student Project Showcase at SFSU is very important for our students. It reflects the culmination of years of study and hard work on a faculty-guided research project. Students learn how to develop an idea, test it, collect data, and present the results to a broad audience. They get to experience the scientific process and it opens up many exciting opportunities for them.

Help us enhance this important experience for our students.

The College of Science and Engineering at San Francisco State University, brings those childhood dreams of becoming a scientist a reality. We provide a welcoming, caring, and quality experience that help our STEM students cross the finish line. Help us continue this important work.

What is the most fulfilling college experience? Its putting into practice what you learned in your classes. The culmination of that work is presented yearly at SFSU’s Student Project Showcase. With your help we can ensure that our students continue to have this transformational experience.

SFSU’s Student Project Showcase provides an opportunity for students to work in a diverse team to advance scientific discovery. I love this picture with Dr. Zena Werb’s research group; a talented and diverse group of students advancing our knowledge. They had so much fun presenting their results at the Student Project Showcase. Help me to continue to provide students with the resources to engage in this meaningful experience!
